Maintenance instructions before its first use: After removing all labels, carefully wash and rinse the cookware with mild detergent and water. Next, dry the cookware with a soft towel. Cleaning instructions: After cooking, leave the pan to cool down to room temperature. Do not try to cool down by pouring cold water into the cookware. Clean the product thoroughly after use in order to remove all stains that may become ground-in due to the heat during the next use of the product. Use mild detergent and a soft scourer.
